- The check-in is between 3 p.m and 6 p.m, and the check-out is 10 a.m. the next day. Please contact us in advance if you will be checking in after 6:00 p.m.

- The cancellation policy is as follows.
50% will be charged from 30 days prior to arrival.
100% will be charged from 7 days prior to arrival.

- Can I change my schedule after making a reservation?
- Schedule changes made up to two weeks in advance will be accepted free of charge once.
If you have children, we can change your schedule free of charge until 12:00 noon the day before. Please contact us by phone.

- The administration building is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

- A Orion Dome and a Spica Dome can accommodate 2 to 5 people.
A Dog Dome can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

- A Orion Dome has four single beds.
*For groups of four or more, additional mattresses will be provided.
A Spica Dome has two single beds.
*For groups of 3 or more, additional mattresses will be provided.

[For adults] Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleanser, facial cleanser, lotion, emulsion, ladies' set (cotton pads, hair ties, cotton swabs, razor), hairbrush
[For children] Shampoo, bubble body soap, body cream, toothbrush
[For dogs] We provide toilet trays, toilet sheets, cages, dishes, wet wipes, deodorizing mist, and etiquette bags.

- A dedicated BBQ area (dining area) is available under a roof.

- The dome gazebo is equipped with air conditioning.

- One car can be parked in front of each dome. There is also a shared parking lot with space for 3 cars.

- Spica and Sirius are equipped with Wi-Fi.

- How many toilets and bathrooms are there?
- Each building has a bathroom and toilet.

- Can I bring my own food and drinks?
- Bring your favorite ingredients and drinks and enjoy your meal.

- Please note that bringing in any heating or cooking appliances (such as cassette stoves, charcoal BBQ grills, IH cooktops, or hot plates) is not permitted.
If you wish to enjoy BBQ or hot pot using your own ingredients, please select a BBQ grill or hot pot set from the optional services.
